Do you love to eat good vegan food? This group is all about vegans who do love to eat good vegan food. We are not vegans who drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes of any kind or do drugs of any kind. We are a wholesome lot. If this sounds good to you, then please do join us. We are based in the West San Fernando Valley and most of our events will take place out in this neck-of-the-woods, but we will have some events on the Westside and elsewhere, and we do welcome Vegan Foodies from all over.

I am a physician, a 20+ year vegetarian, and great comfort food cook. I want to help individuals starting down this path for the first time to be successful. So I will help with cooking classes and suggestions to feed one or a family, and to be happy and feel well fed.
